Kimberly Zerfas is the Director of Marketing and Communications at Greenspring Montessori School. She joined the Greenspring team in 2015. Kim loves using photography, graphic design, and storytelling to share Greenspring with the greater community. She enjoys creative problem-solving, designing, and writing materials that convey in-depth information about Montessori in new and interesting ways.

Prior to joining the Greenspring Montessori School team, Kim worked as an event photographer and marketing professional for a farm to table organization in Washington, DC. Kim also served as a freelance marketing consultant for small businesses and non-profits. She is deeply committed to working with organizations that value sustainability and ecological consciousness. 

Kim has enjoyed seeing the Montessori method unfold with her own children. Her son is in our Children’s House program and she has an infant at home. In and away from work, Kim enjoys being in the natural elements. She loves hiking, biking, and camping with her husband, two sons, and their dogs. Kim unwinds by drawing, painting, and curling up with a good book.
