Greenspring Montessori School is also home to the Greenspring Center for Lifelong Learning, a non-profit initiative to elevate and support the critical work of Montessori educators, leaders, and schools worldwide.
Launched in December of 2022, the Greenspring Center offers innovative workshops, mentoring communities for new educators and school leaders, and the Voices in Montessori Podcast. Greenspring Center has a growing audience of educators and leaders in over 20 countries around the world including South Africa, Canada, Singapore, New Zealand, Spain, India, Austria, Ireland, Italy, Morocco, Iran, Mexico, and Saudi Arabia. Educators in our mentoring cohorts hail from diverse cultures and backgrounds including educators in Afghanistan and the Navajo Nation.

Voices in Montessori Podcast
The Voices in Montessori Podcast ignites vibrant and engaging conversations in the Montessori movement to inspire, elevate, and support educators, leaders, and schools. With over 7,000 downloads and counting, the Podcast offers a variety of topics and practical tips for educators and schools.
Mentoring Communities
The Greenspring Center offers year-long, virtual mentoring communities for new Montessori educators and school leaders in their first years. Each cohort is led by experienced Montessorians who will share expertise and practical advice, facilitate discussion, and support self-reflection and goal setting.
Workshops
We believe that the best learning comes from deep personal connection. That is why we make an effort to offer high-caliber in-person and online trainings where educators and administrators can collaborate with peers and facilitators in real-time. Our full-day model allows participants to dig into big topics and create actionable plans.
