Get Involved at Greenspring
Our goal is for you to feel welcome here – from the first day you walk onto our campus, throughout your time here, and even after you leave us. Our parents, grandparents, staff, students, Board of Trustees, alumni, caregivers, and special friends support our school and our students in many ways – with their time, talent, and treasure. Find out how you can get involved!
Volunteer Opportunities
Each year our parent volunteers make a profound impact on the lives of Greenspring students and their families.

Room Parents
Each classroom is assigned two Room Parents. These parents assist with classroom support, aid in communication between the guides and parents, and help foster community among our parent body.
Our Outdoor Spaces
Help us to make our outdoor spaces as beautiful and intentional as those inside our buildings. We have many different ways for parents of all skill levels to get involved in this work!

After-School Programs
Our After-School Programs are a great way to get involved with the Greenspring community. Soccer, basketball, dance, cross-country, art club, and more – there is something for everyone. If you are interested in coaching or leading a program – let us know!
The Greenspring Fund
The Greenspring Fund serves as the most critical fundraising event of the year. This annual appeal provides the potential for us to explore new possibilities our community including field trips, professional development, and new programming.
Capital Campaign
The Campaign for Greenspring Montessori School is a comprehensive project to restore the beloved but aging buildings on our campus. We have completed Phase I and Phase II and are now turning our attention to the launch of Phase III. Learn more by clicking the link below.
Fund-a-Need
Every spring, we host a Fund-a-Need. Each classroom creates a wishlist of things they need for their rooms and outdoor environments. Then parents and members of our community can contribute toward these items for the classrooms.
