Ale is the Dual Language Guide, supporting our growing Spanish Dual Language classrooms and staff. Ale joined the Greenspring community in 2021 as a Children’s House Outdoor Environment Assistant for our Spanish Dual Language classrooms and she has loved learning more about the Montessori method.

As a native Spanish speaker from Mérida, Mexico, Ale enjoys sharing her language and many of her cultural traditions with our children. Prior to joining the Greenspring community, Ale worked as a nanny with a focus on Montessori and Spanish education. She also volunteered at Kent Island Elementary supporting native Spanish speakers.

In her free time, Ale loves to spend time with her son, husband and dog. She enjoys traveling, hiking, trying new recipes and watching her home plants grow!
