BA in Sociology with Minors in Anthropology and Diversity Studies from Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania

Katherine serves as an Administrative Support Coordinator at Greenspring Montessori School responsible for hiring, onboarding, and supporting staff training. She was drawn to work with us because of the Greenspring community values around respect for the child, commitment to staff growth, and our allegiance to nature.

Prior to joining Greenspring Montessori School, Katherine worked as an Assistant General Manager of MOM’s Organic Market in Baltimore. There she supported her team with hiring, orientations, and improving staff retention. She has also worked as the Wellness Specialist at MOM’s and as a lead farmhand with Butterbee Farm.

Outside of school, Katherine loves playing outside, being in nature, reading, traveling, and enjoying good food. She spends her time relaxing with friends and family.
