Sara Haviland is a Floating Partner at Greenspring Montessori School. Prior to joining Greenspring Montessori School, Sara worked as an environmental educator at Irvine Nature Center where she led nature hikes, organized creative games and activities, and educated children on many animals and their habitats. She has also worked as a nanny and classroom aide with BCPS which has given her valuable experience working with children and families.

In her free time, Sara loves to be outdoors hiking, kayaking, and adventuring. She is passionate about wildlife and enjoys educating children and families about the magnificent native wildlife that Maryland has to offer. She is also volunteering at an environmental estuary center to learn more about the Chesapeake Bay!
