Associate of Arts degree from Edison State Community College

Caroline Ford is a Floating Partner at Greenspring Montessori School. Before joining Greenspring, Caroline was an Assistant Teacher and a Vision Exercise Instructor at a school for K-8th grade students with disabilities in Ohio. She also has experience with infants and toddlers through her work in a daycare, summer programs, babysitting, and volunteer work. 

In her free time, Caroline enjoys art-making of all kinds, outdoor activities like biking and kayaking, listening to educational podcasts, hobby-level botany and mycology, playing video games, and competitive card games at local shops.
