Cristina is a Toddler Partner at Greenspring Montessori School. She loves infusing nature and culture into the daily lives of the children, and she comes to us with an impressive background in nature education.

Cristina has been working with children since 2016, including as a nature-based preschool teacher with ages 3-5 at Irvine Nature Center for two and a half years prior to joining Greenspring in 2024 . She has worked as a camp counselor for many summers and continues to work as an Environmental Educator at Nature Forward during the summer since 2022. Through the Nature Forward Program, she taught bilingual Spanish Programs relating to nature. Cristina also interned at the National Aquarium with the Education Department and Guest Engagement.

In her free time, Cristina enjoys being with her family and friends, as well as going to baseball games. She has a great passion for the outdoors and animals and loves helping people connect with them in new ways.
